Good afternoon from middle America.

As you may have noticed, I have been updating my blog today.

There were a few technical glitches and links were not working but they should be updated now.

Also, I am trying to streamline my posts, old and new, so there are new categories on the main page.

During this update, I noticed that I tended to use “Random musings” as a category quite a bit, so I am looking at each post and recategorizing it better. There were apparently almost 300 posts with that category name. It is going to take a little while to fix that.

Hopefully this will make searching by a tag a little easier for you, the reader and visitor to the blog. 🙂

I try to look at the blog from the perspective as a reader versus the writer at least once a quarter to make updates and develop new ideas to write about.

I am edging ever so closer to that next milestone of 10,000 views and what an exciting accomplishment. That was the furthest thought from my mind when I started this blog almost 10 years ago, that anniversary is coming up soon.
